Tax & Booking-Related Issues: If you need tax or booking-related issues such as amendment, cancellation, guest contacts, and refunds please email support@pricelineagoda.com.
What if I don't know who the authorized users or Property Contacts are for my hotel? If you are trying to manage users in YCS but are told you are not an authorized user and do not know who the current authorized contacts are:
Check with your team: The list of authorized users often defaults to the original sign-up contacts, which may be senior management or finance roles.
Contact Support: If you cannot identify the authorized contact, please send an email to support@pricelineagoda.com requesting the list of current authorized contacts for your property. Important: For security purposes, this request must be sent from a recognized email domain associated with the property.
YCS Platform: If you need assistance with the YCS platform, payments, website content, or rate calculations, please reach out through the YCS Extranet by clicking on the Need Help button in the bottom right corner and choosing the appropriate support category.
Setting up Your First-Time YCS (Priceline | Agoda Extranet) Access: To set up your account, an official property contact (e.g., GM, owner, or revenue manager) must send an email to our support team at support@pricelineagoda.com with the following details:
1. Property Identification: Hotel name and, if available, your Agoda/Priceline hotel ID.
2. User Information: Your full name, job title, and the email address you wish to use for YCS.
3. Access Level: The type of access needed (e.g., full admin, content only, or reservations/finance).
Our support team will verify your request, create your YCS user, and send an activation email with your log-in instructions.
