  2. Select your criteria and click Search.
  3. The booking status is shown by the text color of the Booking ID. A confirmed booking appears in green.

Email

When a guest makes a booking, the confirmation voucher is sent to the email addresses registered to the Booking Confirmation subscription in Partner Portal.

Your registered email address is defined in Contacts > Subscriptions > Reservations. You can add multiple registered addresses to receive the booking confirmation voucher.

Guest reviews

How to

  1. Go to Partner Portal > Performance > Guest Reviews.
  2. Click the Booking ID and complete all relevant fields.

Payment

Payment

Each booking is delivered into your property management system with the reservation details and a unique payment card, or UPC, attached.

Amended bookings

We'll send an amendment email, with "AMENDED" in the subject line, along with an amended hotel voucher confirming the change. You can also check the update in Partner Portal.

  1. Go to Partner Portal > Bookings > View Bookings.
  2. Check the color of the Booking ID: XXX text. Yellow means the booking is amended.
  3. The booking amount in Partner Portal reflects the latest update. Charge the amount shown in the amended hotel voucher.

Cancelled bookings

What you can charge for a cancelled reservation depends on the cancellation policy that was active at the time of booking. Only charge the UPC for the amount that policy allows.

We'll send a cancellation email with "CANCELLED" in the subject line, including the new UPC amount payable. You can also check this in Partner Portal.
  1. Go to Partner Portal > Bookings > View Bookings.
  2. Check the color of the Booking ID: XXX text. Red means the booking is cancelled.
  3. The booking amount in Partner Portal reflects the latest update.

Reviewing UPC details

  1. Go to Partner Portal > Bookings > View Bookings.
  2. Select your criteria based on Stay Date, Booking Date, or Last Updated Date — or enter the Booking ID directly and leave other criteria empty.
  3. Click Search to see the list of matching bookings.
  4. Click a Booking ID to expand and view its details.
  5. Under Stay Info > UPC, click Click to View.
  6. A pop-up window shows the virtual card details.
If you're not able to view the UPC details, contact your dedicated Market Manager or support@pricelineagoda.com for assistance.

Creating a new contact

Responsibilities and subscriptions

A contact's Responsibilities represent the topics they're responsible for — for example, Reservation, General Questions, or Authorized Signatory. Selected responsibilities determine the initial subscriptions shown in the Subscriptions tab.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Bookings
What if I can't find my booking in View Bookings
Double-check that you've entered the right information or selected the correct criteria when searching. Booking confirmation vouchers are also sent to your registered email address, so try searching there too.
UPC
Do I need pre-authorization
No. The card is already guaranteed by Mastercard, so pre-authorization isn't necessary. Any pre-authorization will invalidate the card — contact us to request a new one.
What can I charge to a UPC
Agoda provides room reservations only. The UPC is valid only for the reservation it's assigned to, and for the amount specified. Incidentals like mini-bar or parking must be settled directly with the guest, not with the UPC.
Do I charge the UPC based on price per night or per room
You can choose either, but we recommend making one charge for the total amount payable for the booking.
What if I accidentally authorized or charged only a partial amount
If you authorized a partial amount, use the same authorization code to charge that amount first, then authorize and charge the remainder. If you already charged a partial amount, repeat the charge for the remaining balance. Either way, check the booking amount against what you've authorized or charged.
What's the deadline to charge a UPC
The card becomes available one day after check-out, and you have 150 days from that date to charge it before it expires. If you don't charge within 150 days of departure, the booking is removed and the payment is no longer available to claim.
